Celebrities including David Gandy, Jeremy Paxman, Twiggy Lawson and Louis Smith have appeared in a video to support the Royal British Legion's LIGHTS OUT initiative, which aims to honour WWI veterans.

The video, which also stars Chelsea Pensioners and Service personnel, encourages people across the UK to switch off their lights between 10-11pm on August 4 as part of a candlelit vigil. Paxman commented 'Three quarters of a million men didn't return from the First World War. The so-called "War To End War" didn't do so, more's the pity. That wasn't their fault. The least we can do is to remember them'.
